Founded in 1997, Archipelago is Southeast Asia's largest privately held hotel management group, with over 45,000 rooms across 200 locations across Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Oceania. It houses award-winning brands such as Aston, Alana, Huxley, Kamuela, Avanika, Harper, Quest, Four Corners, Neo, fave, Nordic, Powered by Archipelago, and the Aston Collection. Starting in Southeast Asia, it has now expanded to global markets including Australia, the Middle East, and South America. It has an in-house design team to design its own hotels and serve developers, as well as a technology team (30+ programmers & AI/ML engineers) to build its own applications, software, and systems.
